Pricing & Discount Structure
We aim to provide services to all, regardless of budget.
*Non-profits, community organizations, and Micro-Business are subject to a sliding scale discount rate

*Registered Block Clubs are subject to a 50% discount rate
​
*Non-profits and Block Clubs will be required to provide 501c3 or Block Club status at contract signing
​
*After ranges have met maximum number of events allowed, qualifying organizations qualify for base 10% discount.
Sliding Scale Discount Structure
*please note that each range has a set # of events discount can be applied to each fiscal year
Range 1: 1-5 person staff - 35%
Range 2: 6-11 person staff - 30%
Range 3: 12-17 person staff - 25%
Range 4: 18-25 person staff - 20%

Janelle is an experienced, heart-centered event planner and community practitioner based in Chicago, IL, who brings passion, precision, and purpose to every experience she creates. Holding a Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Organization & Community Practice from the University of Illinois Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Leadership Studies from Loyola University Chicago, Janelle’s work sits at the intentional intersection of human connection, equity, and holistic logistics.
Her academic and professional background deeply informs how she plans events—asking not just how a space looks, but how people feel, interact, and belong within it. Beyond private celebrations and weddings, Janelle actively collaborates with local neighborhood spaces and organizations to produce community-centered experiences across Chicago. From hosting Taco & Trivia Tuesdays and Movie & Merriment Mondays at neighborhood hubs like Spill the Beans, to launching Wellness Wednesday at Altar, Janelle uses gathering as a tool for connection, accessibility, and joy.
Janelle’s event journey began in Student Leadership Development, creating intentional spaces designed to bring people together. In 2019, her mentorship and work alongside Emmanuelle of EE Event Co. served as a pivotal step in establishing her own business, Comprehensive Coordinations, LLC. Since then, she has expanded her practice to include partial and full-service wedding coordination, nonprofit event and program support, milestone celebrations, and family-inclusive event accessibility through her sub-brand, Kidz Korner.
Clients and community partners describe Janelle as deeply attentive, calm under pressure, and always thinking five steps ahead. Her holistic approach ensures that every detail—from complex vendor logistics to quiet sensory needs—is handled with utmost care.
