Wellness Wednesday

ALTAR Community

Wellness doesn't have to look one way, each version is just a different piece of the puzzle. Spend an evening moving, creating, receiving care, connecting with community, exploring resources, and choosing the experiences that feel right for you. Come as you are. Take what you need. Stay awhile.

About the event

Wellness Wednesday is a new wellness and community experience created by Comprehensive Coordinations for those who care for others, because they deserve to be cared for.

Rather than telling guests what wellness should look like, Wellness Wednesday brings multiple forms of wellness into one thoughtfully designed environment.

You decide what you need.

Maybe it's movement, quiet, receiving care, creating something, finding a new resource, having a conversation you didn't realize you needed, or laughing with someone new.

Your Wellness Wednesday is yours to build.
