Kidz Korner is an on-site childcare solution designed to keep your youngest guests engaged, entertained, and safe — so adults can relax and fully enjoy the celebration. Our team sets up a designated, supervised space at your event complete with age-appropriate games, crafts, and interactive activities curated with creativity and care. We understand that family-centered events often include guests of all ages. That’s why Kidz Korner provides a seamless way to ensure children are well cared for without requiring families to leave the event early or make separate arrangements. What’s Included: -Set-up and supervision of a safe, engaging childcare zone at your event venue -Experienced staff trained to manage group play, safety including certifications in AED/First Aid/CPR for Infants/Kids/Adults, and transitions with care and respect -2hrs support (additional upon request) -Creative entertainment, including games, hands-on crafts, interactive toys, and imaginative and strategic thought activities (upon request) -Collaboration with event hosts to align the space with the overall event aesthetic (upon request) Ideal For: -Weddings & receptions -Family reunions -Conferences or galas with adult-only segments -Community or corporate events with multi-generational guests Why Kidz Korner? Cancellation Policy
Cost, Fees and Payment *Cost. -This is determined on package selected or created based on needs. Discount may be applied due to Non-Profit/Block Club status. *Fees. -Client has up to 14 days after services ended to complete payment. If full payment is not made by end of 14 days, client card on file will be charged remainder of balance. *Payment. -The first payment of 30% is a non-refundable retainer. At a minimum, Client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates Provider for committing to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects/clients. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows -If the Client cancels, reschedules, or makes it impossible for the Provider to perform (e.g., event not occurring or key individuals failing to appear), the following will apply: -Notice should be given as soon as possible using the methods outlined in the “Communications” section. -Deposits are non-refundable and Provider is under no obligation to rebook services. -If 75% or more of services have been completed (as assessed per outlined service benchmarks), no refund will be provided. The Client, however, will not owe any remaining balance beyond what has already been paid. General Terms -Meals: For events requiring 5+ hours of on-site service, Provider is to receive a meal equivalent to that served to guests or an arranged alternative. -Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. -Severability: If any clause is deemed unenforceable, all other provisions remain in full effect. -Assignment: Neither party may assign or transfer this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations without prior written consent from the other party, except that Comprehensive Coordinations, LLC may engage subcontractors or assistants as needed to perform the services. -Waiver: Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights under that provision or any other provision. -Amendments: This Agreement may be amended or supplemented only by a written document signed by both parties. -Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Comprehensive Coordinations, LLC with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or representations, whether written or oral. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
